GUIDELINES & POLICY
Enrollment and Payment Policy:
- Mandatory Registration Fee
A registration fee is required upon yearly enrollment at the time of joining. Students taking a break during the school year will also be charged a registration fee upon their return. - Tuition Payment
Tuition must be paid before the start of your second class. - Early Bird Promotion
Enroll and pay between May and June to waive the registration fee for the upcoming school year. - Free Trial Class for New Students
The first trial class is free. If a student decides to continue, the trial class will be billed. - New Enrollment Timeline
We only accept new enrollments at the beginning of each semester—September to December, January to March, and April to June—to ensure a seamless experience for all students. - Attendance Policy for Missed Classes at the Start of a Semester
If a new or returning student misses a few classes at the beginning of a semester, tuition for the full semester is still required. Choreography and curriculum will be adjusted to help students catch up, as they are considered part of the current class structure and cannot be excluded. - Year-Round Referral Promotion
Receive a discount on your next tuition for each student you refer. This promotion is available year-round, with no limit on referrals. - Fee Policy
All fees are non-refundable. No credits or holds will be provided under any circumstances.

- Pay in Full: Option to pay the entire tuition amount upfront.
- Pay Each Semester: Tuition can be paid per semester, with the following terms:
- September to December
- January to March
- April to June

Fee Policy
All fees are non-refundable. No credits or holds will be provided under any circumstances.
Make-Up Class Policy:
- A make-up class will be provided for any class canceled by management.
- Individual student absences will not be eligible for make-up classes.
- The teacher will ensure that students cover any missed choreography.
- Students may attend a make-up class at any other location, but please note that the song, choreography, and teacher may vary.
Clothing:
- All students MUST wear Rudra Dance Academy t-shirts during classes.
- Each enrolled student will receive one free Rudra Dance Academy t-shirt.
- Additional t-shirts are available for purchase at an extra cost.
Performance, Events, Competiton Policy:
- Performance Opportunities
Students have the opportunity to perform at prestigious Bollywood celebrity events, including the Dance Pe Chance Competition, cultural shows, the Rudra Gala Winterfest, Rudra Competition, and the Rudra Annual Recital. - Participation Fee
A participation fee may be required for certain shows and events. - Tickets for Parents and Guests
Ticket requirements vary by event. For the Rudra Winterfest, Rudra Competition, and Rudra Annual Recital, each family must purchase at least one ticket. There is no limit to the number of tickets a family can buy. - Costumes, Jewelry, and Props
Rudra Dance Academy will provide all costumes, jewelry, and props for events at no additional cost. A small dry cleaning fee will be collected after each event. - Student Participation
We place strong emphasis on student participation and the value of commitment and teamwork. Performance placement is at the sole discretion of instructors. Parental interference in casting or performance decisions is not permitted.
Certification and Recognition:
- Certification: Students who complete the full-year course will receive a certification of completion.
- Annual Recital: The Annual Recital celebrates student achievements, with trophies awarded to all participants to honor their hard work and dedication.
